Jabagchourian served as lead counsel representing the City and County of San Francisco in a fraud and breach of contract claim against an IT contractor involving false invoices for work not performed. The contractor brought a counter-suit, seeking over $10 million because the City and County prohibited the company from doing business with it in the future, in violation of federal civil rights. The result was that the jury found the contractor liable for fraud and for breaching the contract. Additionally, the jury unanimously found that the City and County did not violate the contractor’s civil rights. The contract and civil rights decisions were upheld on appeal.
