Ara Jabagchourian obtained a $2.6 million dollar jury verdict after a 3 week trial in Sacramento. The husband and wife were struck by another vehicle while returning from a vacation. Neither plaintiff sought treatment for two days after the collision. The total past medical bills incurred were less than $40,000.
The State of California only offered the couple $750,000 on the eve of trial.
