A man was struck by a car from the middle turn lane while riding his motorcycle. His injuries were severe, including a broken leg and a head injury. Suit was brought by the rider and his wife in Orange County. After the case settled, it was recognized as one of the Top Settlements in 2019 by the legal publication, The Recorder. The case was Blaszczyk, et al. v. Buscemi, Orange County Superior Court, (Case No. 30-2018-00992267-CU-PA-CJC).
